Week 2 (and 2-take-two!) of this course w(as/ere) good for several reasons. The course itself was interesting as it had us look into more of the basics of Statistics nomenclature, run some basic functions in excel (I had no idea that some of these stats functions were so readily accessible in the spreadsheet!), we looked into Capterra.com as a group and, individually, we all had to do some vocabulary research on the net for a couple stats terms that caught our fancy... I chose questionnaire and quantitative research.
Outside of class it was also a busy time - 4th of July (hence the week break), Summerfest (my two-year-old was jamming with the Refugee Stage All-Stars - what a blast!), participated in the Pewaukee Triathlon (I wasn't last!), a couple of Zoo trips (gotta ride the choo-choo!), stood in for my boss who was out of town looking for a place to live for his next assignment, met my new boss & one new subordinate and last, but not least, entertained a friend from college and his family for a night... cookout - more fireworks... the usual!
